This is a great option for those of you that own an exotic car or an older vehicle that your having trouble finding fuel injectors for. Or for individuals that dont want to pay the big bucks for new fuel injectors at your local dealer.

Reconditioned Siemens Fuel Injectors





 

 Our reconditioning process includes the following steps in this order:

    1) fuel injectors are inspected for any physical damage.

    2) fuel injectors are ultrasonically cleaned to remove grease/dirt

    3) each fuel injector is numerically labled.



Reconditioned Rochester Fuel Injectors



    4) each fuel injector is ohm tested.     

                                              

   5) each injector is bead blasted to remove external rust.

    6) external components such as orings, pintle caps and filters are 

         removed from each fuel injector.

    7) injectors are submerged in a second ultrasonic bath while being  cycled on and off, this breaks up internal debris.

    8) vaccum lines are connected to each injector, then are backflushed in a 3rd ultrasonic cleaning tank, this process pulls all internal debris from the injector.

Reconditioned Toyota/Lexus Fuel Injectors

9) fuel injectors are rinsed and perged to remove cleaning fuild.

10) each injector is flow tested and spray patterns are  visually inspected

   

11) each injector is leak tested at high pressure.

                                                        

12) the flow rate for each fuel injector recorded.

13) injectors are polished, oiled and coated with a rust inhibitor.

14) new componets are installed on each injector.
